ABOUT ME

My love for health and fitness started when I was in high school struggling to find confidence. I took up running to ease some stress, and found a passion for fitness. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. For over 5 years I’ve been working as a certified trainer in the Greater Boston area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle and a foundation of strength to be able to work towards a variety of different goals

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you moving well and moving often.
